"I feel like a new person!"

I have gained so much confidence in myself and feel like I have really changed my lifestyle. Its hard for me not to get up and move now because I love to get out and exercise! My goals changed from wanting to be skinny to  wanting to be healthy and strong! I am so much more capable of things. I realized through this program that I CAN do hard things. Things that seemed unattainable and far off are now goals that I have reached and I am setting new goals for myself!

"When I look at my picture on day 75, I see a new version of myself; happier, healthier, disciplined, & motivated."

When I look my day one picture, I don’t even recognize myself. What the hell happened to me? Where did I go? I was in a funk and just going through the motions of living day to day. I was numb and not dealing with life’s challenges. I needed to kick my own ass. I needed to do something to change everything.  
I didn’t tell a lot of people I was doing this challenge in case I failed. What if I only lasted 30 days without alcohol? Two workouts a day? Sober birthday? No junk food? No binging TV? Too tired? I got in my own way and made excuses to stay the same. I never wanted to read personal growth books because I wasn’t open to change. It was something I never knew how bad I needed.  
I feel blessed to have endless encouragement from my husband, my trainer Allison, our 5:20am workout group, the good vibes/loud music during spin and friends.

"If you had told me two years ago that I would be getting up to workout at 6:30 am 3 times a week, and doing two extra days of cardio, I would’ve told you, you’re a psycho. "

Now, I don’t even think twice about it and I ENJOY it. Since working with Allison, I have lost 23lbs, and 16” total! 
I realized that my overall goal was/is to be confident in my own skin and to love myself. I have gained strength, both physically & mentally; who would’ve ever thought I’d be able to deadlift my own body weight?! (Not me!). I feel so good and so proud of myself and it just makes me want to keep on going!
