If i need to modify exercises will i be able to?

Yes of course, you will have access to Allison and can write her questions via the TrueCoach app and she can modify any of those movements that need to be switched up.

is a more detailed and specific nutrition plan available? 

Yes, Allison offers specific and customize macro plans and you can set up a consult for that.

what equipment do i need?

 All the workouts are done with either loop resistance bands, dumbbells or bodyweight. I recommend having at least two different weights of dumbbells, but all of them can be done with one set.

can i continue to work with coach allison when my 6 weeks are up?

Yes! Allison offers coaching either weekly or monthly. We can customize a plan that works best for you.

" When I saw the Fierce 6 Challenge I thought it was exactly what I needed to get back on track."

I found during that 1 week that while I was exhausted by the end of the night, I had more energy throughout the day and started each day in a better mood knowing I had accomplished something before I ever left the house. When the kids weren’t with me I got up at 5:00 and got the workout done. There was no excuse of having too much to do in the afternoons or evenings to fit in a workout because it was done! The new schedule I’ve created for myself and the accountability in getting to mark that workout complete has been exactly what I needed to get excited about doing something good for me. The 6 week challenge is over, but I’m nowhere near done challenging myself. I’m excited to continue my journey with you, Allison, to a stronger, happier, healthier and more balanced me!
