Originally, I pursued a career in physical therapy, inspired by my mom, who battles a severe neurological disease. I wanted to help others in situations like hers find strength and progress in their wellness journeys.
However, I realized that physical therapy often limited my ability to build long-term, meaningful relationships with those I worked with. I could only see small glimpses of progress before they transitioned to the next phase of care.
That’s when I discovered personal training, which allows me to connect deeply with my clients, working together week after week to transform their lives holistically—from the inside out.
