Hi, I'm Allison Corriea

With over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and 5 years as the proud owner of my own studio, I bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to every client I work with.

My approach is rooted in proven techniques and personalized care, helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals effectively and sustainably.

My journey into personal training started with a simple yet profound desire: to inspire hope and guide clients toward healthier lifestyles. Originally, I pursued a career in physical therapy, inspired by my mom, who battles a severe neurological disease. I wanted to help others in situations like hers find strength and progress in their wellness journeys.
However, I realized that physical therapy often limited my ability to build long-term, meaningful relationships with those I worked with. I could only see small glimpses of progress before they transitioned to the next phase of care.

That’s when I discovered personal training, which allows me to connect deeply with my clients, working together week after week to transform their lives holistically—from the inside out.
This isn’t just a job for me; it’s my passion. I thrive on seeing others succeed and helping them push through challenges. Life is full of highs and lows, and I want to be a steady partner on your journey, offering hope, motivation, and determination when you need it most.

before I ever became a coach at Fierce Fitness, I met Allison over five years ago, sitting right across from her doing her nails. I’ve been a nail technician for eight years and have built a career I’m proud of, but over time I began to feel the toll that long hours of sitting had on my body.

Being in the same position every day made my muscles weak and tight. The aches I once blamed on “getting older” were really a result of being sedentary for too long.

As a client of Allison’s, I learned quickly that we don’t lose our strength and mobility because of age; we lose it because we stop moving the way we used to. That realization hit even harder as I watched my mom’s health decline after she suffered a stroke at 68. She was too young. For 3.5 years, I witnessed firsthand what inactivity and weakened health can lead to. I now know much of it could have been prevented with the right habits, support, and daily movement. Losing her in that way lit a fire in me. I didn’t want to repeat the same story, and I didn’t want others to go through what she did.

In my 20s, I never wanted to set foot in a gym. In my early 30s, through COVID, caregiving, stress, and drinking too much, I found myself uncomfortable in my own body and spiraling into unhealthy habits. Eventually, I asked Allison how to get healthy. She never pushed, but she always supported. I joined her gym, took a short break, came back for accountability, and haven’t left since.




Somewhere along that journey, resistance training shifted from something I avoided to something I deeply love. Strength and endurance training changed how I move, how I feel, and how I show up for my life. I’m still learning, but I’m passionate about sharing everything I’ve gained with anyone who is just beginning or returning to their own journey.

Today, I’m proud to be a coach at Fierce Fitness. My goal is simple:

I want to help you build a stronger, healthier body now so you don’t have to fear the future later.

Strong bones and muscles don’t just help you look and feel better. They completely change your health outcome, your longevity, and how you recover from sickness or injury.
